NOZAWA: “I am Japanese. My husband Thomas and I moved 

to the Big Island five years ago from Tokyo where we both had schools and bought this

taught in Asia many years but kept roots on this island since 1970. His sister is

councilwoman in the County government and his brother

is a resort developer in Phuket Thailand with his own resort.

landscape architect in Asia many years and now

a professional writer/editor. I am a hotel manager at
